BOOK BUYING/ PRICING POLICY

**CURRENTLY ACCEPTING BOOKS FOR

"IN-STORE CREDIT" ONLY!**

THANK YOU for recycling your used Christian books

into ministry for others through our store!

Here are a few things you'll want to know:

"OUR BUYING AND PRICING IS DONE DIFFERENTLY THAN IN A RETAIL STORE...

BUT DONE WITH CARE, THROUGH PRAYER , AND IS FAIR"

1.--We price each book at what we think it will sell for and

you receive 25% of that amount in store credit (trade in value).

{ Our books start at $1.50 and stay low from there! }

2.-Pricing is done on a first come/first serve basis.

If you are bringing in a large load of books, we will take your name

and number and call you when your load is processed. 

If you are bringing in a smaller load, & you are in a rush,

we can "eyeball" your load quickly and offer you an amount on the spot.

("Eyeballing" is our term for "an educated guess")

3.-- Pricing is based on: 
a)."Supply and demand"

(eg: popular author or topic area vs. unknown author or topic area)
b). Hard cover vs. soft cover
c). Condition

4.-- We donate books we cannot use to a variety of other ministries ..

unless you direct us otherwise when you drop off your books! 

(PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE ARE TIMES WE ARE UNABLE TO FIND A PLACE

TO DONATE THE BOOKS AND HAVE TO PUT THEM INTO RECYCLE BINS)

Books we cannot use would include;
a). Books we already have enough of on the shelf
b). Non-Christian books
c). Books in very poor condition

d). Topics or authors that don't sell

** Please help us out

( and our customers with allergies )

by not bringing books that are Musty, Mildewed, or Moldy **

5--Payment is received through;
An In-store Credit voucher (which you keep and are reasponsible for)

It does not have to be used all at once, does not have an expiry date

and it is transferrable (great gift idea!).

6--We can take up to 5 (reasonably sized) boxes

at any one time from any one person.!

This limit is in place because we are trying to make sure that the small space available in the office is fairly divided among those wanting to bring boxes in. Your cooperation in this is much appreciated!!!

***If you have more than 5 boxes we will be happy to receive the next 5

(or 2 or ?) when you pick up your credit from the first 5. ***

* * We accept cassette tapes on a donation basis only ! **

CAUTION:

Please note that "relinquishing" your box(es) over to us

(or signing the yellow "Receipt/Waiver" form),

means that your books will be priced

and put out for sale as they are finished being priced.

***By signing the yellow "RECEIPT WAIVER" form, you are agreeing

to accepting the price we are able to pay for your box-load.***

Please be very sure that this is what you want to do with your books,

as we cannot retrieve them from the sales floor

because you are unsatisfied with the pay -out price !

This Store is a ministry ....

Whether used or almost new, our books are priced very reasonably,

in hopes of getting good Christian material into the hands of pre-Christian,

as well as long time Christian people.

DURING REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS.

ANYTHING LEFT OUTSIDE WHEN WE ARE CLOSED WILL BE PLACED IN THE GARBAGE!**
